Applications

The combination of the available sensor types enables numerous applications in non-explosive environments, e.g. combustion control, process control and for inerting monitoring. In addition, the application is possible in the field of environmental protection, for laboratory measurements and ambient air monitoring.

Description

Description

The stationary multigas analyzer for measuring up to six gases is available in standard and compact installation depth as a 19″ desktop/rack‑mount housing variant as well as in a wall‑mount enclosure with 7″ touch screen and universal power supply (100–240 V, 50–60 Hz). It provides digital and analog output signals, an internal circular data buffer, process pressure compensation and flow monitoring as standard. Additionally, we can offer the following options: humidity compensation for NDIR benches, front‑panel filter FPF+ with a wide selection of filter elements, flow meter FM40, a built‑in sample gas pump, housing ventilation and lateral slide rails. Besides FKM (Viton®) as standard material, PTFE or stainless steel can be used for the internal gas paths.

Overview

The GenTwo® multigas analyzer for continuous measurement of gases in gas compounds offers two different sensor types for oxygen measurement depending on the requirements.

They are based on the paramagnetic or electrochemical measuring principle. NDIR benches are used to measure infrared-active molecules such as CH4, CO, CO2, C3H8 und C6H14. Furthermore, NDUV photometers can be used for NO2, CL2, H2S, O3 and SO2 measurements in the ultraviolet spectral range in different cuvette designs. An UVRAS (Ultraviolet resonance absorption spectrometer) for NO and a TCD (thermal conductivity detector) for H2 measurement complete the range of sensors.
